How does my purchase support charity?
20% of every purchase is donated to the charity you choose. You do not pay extra; the donation is built into the Hoodies for Good model.
Do I have to choose a charity?
Yes. Before checkout, you’ll be asked to choose a charity partner. If you’re not sure, you can support the Charity of the Month.
What happens if I shop from a charity’s own page?
If you enter through a charity storefront, your purchase automatically supports that charity by donating 20% of your cart.
Can I design my own hoodie or tee?
Yes. Start from the Design Your Own collection, choose a garment, then create artwork with AI, upload your own image, or add text in the Print Window.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes, but you must own it or have permission to use it. Before adding a custom design to cart, you confirm that Hoodies for Good can print it for your order. For best results upload a clear PNG or JPG at least 2000px on the longest side. Minimum usable size is 1000px. More tips for creating custom designs.
Can I save a design and use it again?
Yes. Sign in with a customer account to save reusable print designs and apply them to other custom garments later.
How do shipping and delivery work?
Products are made on demand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery estimates/tracking are provided via the Shop app after checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because products are printed on demand, change-of-mind returns are not available. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact Hoodies for Good as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Is my purchase tax deductible?
Your order is a product purchase, not a direct donation made by you to the charity so it is not tax deductible.

How does Hoodies for Good work for charity partners?
Approved charities get a fundraising channel with no upfront inventory. Supporters buy apparel, and 20% of every attributed order goes to the charity.
What does it cost to join?
The current partner page positions the program as $0 upfront cost, with no inventory, fulfilment, or store admin for charities.
What is the difference between a listed charity and a full fundraising-store partner?
A listed charity can appear in charity selection and information areas without a one-page storefront. A full fundraising-store partner gets a branded Shopify collection page, dashboard access, product/report controls, and payout setup.
What information do we need to apply?
The signup flow asks for charity/business name, ABN, contact email, public contact email, phone, password, mission/about text, website, and social links.
What happens after we apply?
Your profile starts as pending. Hoodies for Good reviews it, and approved full partners can publish a one-page fundraising storefront.
What URL does a Charity storefront get?
The storefront path is www.hoodiesforgood.com/collections/charity-name. A subdomain like www.charityname.hoodiesforgood.com can be set up if requested.
Do we manage products, print, shipping, or customer support?
Yes. Hoodies for Good manages the design tools, print, fulfilment, shipping, payments, and product support.
Can we choose what designs appear in our Charity storefront?
The partner model lets approved charities choose any products from the Hoodies for Good design collections
Can we submit our own designs?
Yes, charity-created original designs can be included for sale on your Charity storefront. They will be reviewed and approved for quality by the Hoodies for Good team.
How do payouts work?
Your charity dashboard tracks attributed sales, total orders, commission, available balance, pending release, and paid out amounts. Full partners add bank account details and can request payouts manually, once the commission reaches a certain amount or on a monthly schedule.
