Shipping Policy

Hoodies for Good products are made on demand after purchase. Because each item is printed for your order, shipping time includes both production time and delivery time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the garments in your order, order size and weight, and the available production and delivery options. The final shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Some mixed-garment orders may be split into more than one shipment. If this happens, checkout may show separate shipping lines for each shipment, and those rates are combined into the final shipping total.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout include the time needed to produce, fulfil, and ship your order. Estimates can vary by product type, production location, delivery address, order size, stock availability, production capacity, courier availability, peak periods, and selected shipping method.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guarantee is expressly shown at checkout or required by law.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods depend on the destination and the items in your cart. Standard or economy shipping is generally used where available. Express shipping may be offered for some destinations and products.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate parcels when items are produced by different production partners, shipped from different locations, packed separately, or require different delivery services. Each parcel may have its own tracking details and delivery estimate.
Tracking
Tracking is available after checkout via the Shop App. When your order ships, we will send tracking information where the carrier provides it. For split shipments, tracking may be sent separately for each parcel.
Delivery Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production. If an order is delayed, returned, rejected, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional production or shipping costs may apply.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless these charges are shown as included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also affect delivery time.
Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, tracking has not updated, or a parcel appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate with our production and delivery partners.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, reprint, refund, or other remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law and our Returns and Refunds policy.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, please do not return items to the sender or production partner unless we have asked you to do so. Returns and change-of-mind requests are handled under our Returns and Refunds policy.
